Projects
We’ve sold Maui Real estate as a company since 1980. We were involved in the sale of many projects in Kihei. We represented builders and developers in many of those sales. We also developed and sold several residential properties as well as subdivided and sold vacant land projects.
We developed Resort Retail projects in both Kihei and West Maui. We also represented owners of resort retail properties in leasing and managing their properties.
